Cannabis honey is a real thing.
A cannabis enthusiast has discovered how to combine the natural goodness of both honey and cannabis into one amazing product.
From his Facebook alias ‘Nicolas Trainerbees‘ the Frenchman has documented his unusual harvesting methods and has gained fans and notoriety.
He claims that his methods are the product of 20 years of developing the idea, and that he has successfully ‘trained’ his bees to produce honey made from the harvesting of cannabis plants.
On his page he says how he has trained his bees to harvest a number of plants:
“I have trained bees to do several things, such as collect sugar from fruits, instead of using flowers,”
And despite his secretive nature of the process, he explains it works by “a training technique whereby the bees collect the resin and use it in the beehive.”
He calls the finished product ‘cannahoney‘ no doubt it would be a big seller if it had mass production rights.
The bee fanatic explains how the process works for him, saying:
“For some time I had known about the health benefits of bee products such as honey, propolis, pollen, wax and royal jelly and also about the benefits of cannabis,”

And he explains the wonderful natural workings of the honey making process each bee dutifully provides, saying:
“Everything that passes through the body of a bee is improved,” and “So if the bee took the resin from cannabis it would also be very beneficial.”
Honey and cannabis both have proven health benefits, and are big in the natural food and medicine market.
Explaining how the bees don’t get to enjoy some of the benefits of working with cannabis, saying:
“The bees that produce the cannahoney are not affected by cannabinoids because they do not have an endocannabinoid system,”
