  8. What a huge disappointment! I did this diet for five days and lost 6 pounds. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is!
    Needless to say I won’t use this diet again!

    What cardiologist? At what hospital/research laboratory does he work at and where are his studies published? Without this information this would appear to be just another scam diet that could do more harm than good. Losing 15 pounds in 5 days is far too much for your body to sustain. Once you come off this “diet” you’ll gain it back quickly. This is a “diet” for the gullible
