Cardiologist Suggests 5-Day Diet: A Safe Way To Lose 15 Pounds

An European cardiologist recently went viral with his new discovery, based around a 5-day diet which promises incredible results when it comes to weight loss and improving the overall health and well-being of an individual.

The primary source of protein in this revolutionary diet are eggs, and it is best if you purchase organic ones.

You can just copy and paste this diet in your notes, diary and keep it with you wherever you go so you can always keep a track of what comes next. The best results of this diet will of course, stand out if you combine it with just 30 minutes of daily exercise.

The diet below is one quite simple, and the breakfast is the same every day. It includes a piece of your favorite fruit, meaning that you can eat anything except for grapes or bananas. It is also recommended for the breakfast part to include blueberries or blackberries, as they are loaded with antioxidants.

Now to continue with the next part of the diet:

Day 1

Lunch: 1 egg, 1 orange and 1 cup of yogurt

Dinner: 2 pieces of toast, 2 boiled eggs, 1/2 a cucumber and 2 tomatoes

Day 2

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg and 1 cup of yogurt

Dinner: 1 piece of toast, 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar, 1 orange and 125 grams of cooked red meat

Day 3

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, and 1 cucumber

Dinner: 1 orange, 1 piece of toast, 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar, and 125 grams of cooked red meat

Day 4

Lunch: 1 piece of toast, 1 orange and 125 grams of cottage cheese

Dinner: The dinner for the fourth day is the same as the dinner for the third day

Day 5

Lunch: 1 piece of toast, 1 tomato and 200 grams of cooked fish or meat

Dinner: 1/2 a pound of cooked carrots, including peas and potatoes

The diet should last 5 days, followed by a two days rest before restarting the cycle. Vegetables are recommended to be cooked without salt, and it is best to avoid alcohol, while aiming to exercise at least 30 minutes per day to get the desired results.
